Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government is seeking a Golf Pro/Supervisor for Lakeside Golf Course to manage daily operations and promote golf in Lexington and surrounding areas. The role is exempt, with compensatory time and a minimum salary of $62,574.72 per year.

A PGA membership and Class A driving license are required. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of experience, with substitutions allowed for education or experience.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, supervises, trains, reviews and evaluates staff; assigns daily tasks and sets priorities.
• Oversees daily golf course operations and facility budget.
• Maintains inventory for merchandise and purchases.
• Promotes golf facility programming and tournaments.
• Secures partnerships and sponsorships for golf programming.
• Creates positive rapport with customers to foster loyalty.
