Job summary

Eagle Springs Golf & Country Club is seeking a Golf Professional to supervise Pro Shop operations and deliver top‑notch services and programs to all patrons. The role emphasizes course readiness, customer engagement, and merchandise management, with a background in PGA/LPGA standards preferred.

The ideal candidate has extensive golf industry experience, a Class A PGA/LPGA credential, and a track record of excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• PGA/LPGA Management Program Level 1 & 2.
• Minimum 5 years in the golf industry.
• Class A PGA/LPGA professional in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees rental and maintenance of golf carts.
• Manages golf course operations and ensures daily readiness for patrons.
• Tracks check-ins, cart usage, and charges; controls inventory and cash.
• Develops and manages the tournament program for customers.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists in merchandising in the Pro Shop.
