Trust Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Contract Security Officer Lieutenant in Alexandria, VA.

This part-time role supports the security captain on the assigned shift, protecting assets, personnel, customers and visitors while maintaining clear chain-of-custody and incident reporting. Responsibilities include conducting patrols and enforcing access control, directing security staff, documenting events, and preparing comprehensive reports.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum five years of law enforcement/security experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Must possess a Secret clearance issued by the U.S. Department of Defense.
• Armed DCJS License.

Position Type: Part-Time

Position Summary

This position is under the supervision of the Captain for the assigned shift of the security department. It is responsible for protecting, safeguarding, and securing assets, personnel, customers, and visitors.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Must be a high school/GED graduate
• Minimum five years of law enforcement/security officer/military experience showing a successful history of increasing levels of responsibility
• Must possess a clearance level of Secret issued by the U.S. Department of Defense
• Armed DCJS License

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• The applicant must submit to a pre-employment medical exam and drug screening
• The applicant must be able to pass an NLIC / State / Local Background check and Credit check (as applicable)
• The applicant must complete a Physical Agility Test (PAT) successfullyThe applicant must be able to complete a Firearms Qualification (FAQ) successfully

Pay Rate

$40.61/hr.
