Tetrad Protective Solutions is seeking part-time DC Security Officers to join our professional team. Your primary duty is to create a safe environment, protect premises, assets, and employees, and report incidents with integrity.

Ideal candidates have public safety experience, strong observation skills, and the ability to monitor entrances, patrol premises, and respond to suspicious activity while maintaining a high level of professionalism and independence on shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Security Officer.
• Valid registration as a Security Officer.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
• Excellent written communication and reporting ability.
• Ability to operate surveillance equipment.
• Strong integrity and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking full and part time, professional DC Security Officers to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. You will protect our premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility
• Assist in the removal of trespassers when necessary
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity
• Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Officer.
• Valid registration as a Security Officer
• High school diploma/GED
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
• Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability
• Ability to operate surveillance equipment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Ability to work without direct supervision

Compensation: $18.70 per hour
