ManpowerGroup seeks a Financial Analyst – PFME to join our client's Finance team in Arlington, VA. You will support PFME budgeting, campaign timelines, and P&L recognition using CRM-SAP, ensuring accurate budgets and timely closes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Finance/Accounting, a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel and SAP experience. Collaboration across Marketing and Corporate Finance is essential to drive insights and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Accounting or Finance, preferably with marketing emphasis.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent coursework up to intermediate accounting.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial processes.
• Experience with CRM, SAP reporting, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support annual PFME budget planning and align budget breakouts.
• Manage campaign timelines, brand allocation, and spend-type for P&L.
• Execute budgets in CRM-SAP and update SAP for year-end closes.
• Track monthly PFME and coupon forecasts; perform variance analysis.
• Ensure PFME P&L recognition and manage accruals and journal entries.
