Denken Solutions, Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Financial Analyst for PFME and coupon management. This 6-month, on-site role supports planning, forecasting, and P&L recognition in SAP, partnering with Marketing, Division Finance, Corporate PFME, Procurement, IT, and other Finance groups.

You will help manage budgets, run monthly forecasts, and ensure accurate recording, with regular interaction to yield timely reports for Generating Demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with emphasis on Finance and Marketing.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or coursework up to intermediate accounting.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in financial data handling.
• Familiarity with CRM, SAP Reporting, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support PFME budget planning with Finance and Marketing leadership.
• Manage campaign timelines, spend-type assignments, and P&L recognition.
• Execute budgets in CRM-SAP and coordinate approvals with brand Co-Pilots.
• Update budgets in SAP throughout the year and close year-end.
• Maintain the PFME budget tracker for key users including P2P and Marketing.
• Support monthly PFME budget reconciliations and year-to-date spend.
• Support coupon redemption visibility and budget impact.
• Coordinate with PFME payment analyst teams on vendor status.
• Update internal reporting tool for Generating Demand.
• Track monthly PFME and coupon spend forecasts and align with forecast.
• Reconcile forecast evolution with actuals; identify risks and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis by brand, spend type, and budget owner.
• Maintain SAP budget totals versus forecast amounts.
• Ensure PFME P&L recognition in SAP and manage accruals.
• Process manual journal entries and intercompany transfers as needed.
