Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Finance/Accounting, a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel and SAP experience. Collaboration across Marketing and Corporate Finance is essential to drive insights and accountability.

• Ensure PFME P&L recognition and manage accruals and journal entries.

Our client, a leading organization in consumer and marketing finance, is seeking a Financial Analyst – PFME to join their team. As a Financial Analyst – PFME, you will be part of the Finance organization supporting PFME and coupon management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a drive to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights that keep planning, forecasting, and P&L recognition on track.

Job Title: Financial Analyst – PFME

Location: Arlington, VA

Pay Range: $100 - $104/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Support annual divisional PFME budget planning by aligning budget breakouts and ensuring correct documentation in the CRM system.
• Manage and execute changes in campaign timelines, brand allocation, and spend-type assignment to ensure accurate P&L recognition.
• Execute budgets in CRM-SAP, coordinate approvals with brand Co-Pilots, and update budgets in SAP throughout the year to reflect budget shifts and year-end closes.
• Track monthly forecasts for PFME and coupon spend, reconcile forecast evolution versus actuals, and perform variance analysis by brand, spend type, and budget owner.
• Ensure accurate PFME P&L recognition and capture in SAP, including understanding and managing monthly accruals, and processing manual journal entries and intercompany transfers as needed.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a Finance and Marketing emphasis.
• BA/BS with a major or minor in Accounting or Finance, or BA/BS degree with coursework up to and including intermediate accounting.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy and follow-through in financial processes.
• Familiarity with CRM, SAP Reporting, and Excel.
• Ability to partner effectively across Marketing, Division Finance, Corporate PFME, Procurement, IT, and other Corporate Finance groups.
