Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for a Financial Analyst specialized in Product Fixed Marketing Expense (PFME) in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for PFME and coupon programs in SAP, with cross-functional partnership across Marketing and Finance.

The successful candidate will support annual PFME budgeting, monthly reconciliations, and budget tracking, while ensuring accurate SAP postings and timely reporting. Onsite role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• BA/BS with a major or minor in Accounting or Finance, or coursework up to intermediate accounting.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in data handling.
• Familiarity with CRM, SAP Reporting, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support PFME budget planning, forecasting, and P&L recognition in SAP.
• Coordinate budget changes with Marketing, Finance, and Procurement teams.
• Maintain budget trackers and assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis of forecasts vs. actuals by brand and spend type.
• Ensure timely and accurate P&L recording in SAP and reporting tools.
