Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leading global workforce solutions company, seeks a Financial Analyst – PFME in Arlington, VA. You will support PFME budgeting, coupon management, and P&L recognition, interfacing with Marketing and Finance teams to drive accurate forecasts and financial controls.

The role requires 3+ years in Accounting/Finance, a BA/BS in relevant fields, and strong Excel/SAP/CRM skills. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and growth within a large corporate environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounting or Finance experience.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or coursework including intermediate accounting.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial processes.
• Familiarity with CRM, SAP Reporting and Excel.
• Ability to partner across Marketing and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support PFME budget planning with budget breakouts and CRM documentation.
• Manage changes in campaign timelines, brand allocation and spend types for P&L.
• Execute budgets in CRM-SAP and coordinate approvals; update budgets in SAP.
• Track monthly PFME and coupon forecasts; analyze variances by brand and spend type.
• Ensure PFME P&L recognition in SAP, manage accruals and journal entries.
