Job summary

DR Power LLP is seeking a Materials Manager in Wisconsin to oversee material flow, inventory control, and lean improvements across production and warehousing. You will implement PFEP, Kanban systems, and 5S in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading the material handling team, coordinating with suppliers and internal customers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives using SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive Operations management experience in similar work environment.
• Experience applying lean principles and transformational leadership.
• Experience using SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow from receiving/inspection to line-side presentation for production, including pack & ship.
• Manage and optimize daily warehousing operations across multiple shifts.
• Lead Continuous Improvement events related to Making Material Flow.
• Plan and lead PFEP database implementation and lean pull systems (Kanban, 2-bin, 5S).
• Mentor team members and coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to resolve issues.
• Interface with corporate materials team on strategy and process improvements.
