Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Environmental Engineer to support remediation system design, soil and groundwater investigations, and remediation projects within its Industrial Remediation Practices group. The successful candidate will manage operations, provide oversight of field investigations, and contribute to technical reports and client communications.

Required are a Bachelor's in Engineering, 6+ years of relevant experience, and PFAS familiarity. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) or EIT is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Support remediation system design and operations for soil and groundwater projects.
• Provide field oversight of pre-design investigations and remedial design activities.
• Oversee data management and technical report production.
• Communicate findings to clients and regulatory agencies with clear technical writing.
