Job summary

EKI Environment & Water, Inc. is seeking a PFAS Program Manager to coordinate and grow the national PFAS practice. You will work with PFAS experts, regional directors, principals, and project managers to shape services and ensure high-quality project delivery.

The role combines technical leadership, business development, and program management. A CA PE license and 8+ years PFAS consulting experience are required; you will lead client engagements, pursue opportunities, and advance technical

Qualifications

  • Eight+ years of relevant environmental and PFAS consulting experience.
  • Professional Engineer license in California or ability to obtain after employment.
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities and expand services.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record managing complex environmental projects with regulatory coordination.
  • Established relationships with regulatory agencies or industry clients preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Advance EKI's PFAS practice by coordinating practitioners across the firm.
  • Develop and expand PFAS opportunities with strategic clients and teams.
  • Lead strategic pursuits with capture strategies and major proposals.
  • Collaborate with PFAS experts to strengthen standards and QA/QC.
  • Monitor regulations and technologies; identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Enhance external visibility through publications, conferences, and engagements.
  • Lead PFAS projects with strategy, data review, and client communication.
