Job summary

EKI Environment & Water, Inc. is seeking a PFAS Program Manager in Daly City, CA, to coordinate and lead its national PFAS practice.

The role requires strong technical judgment, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to drive strategy, business development, and project delivery with a focus on PFAS solutions. The candidate will work with regional and principal staff to expand services, manage complex projects, and strengthen client relationships while advancing technical standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant environmental/PFAS consulting experience.
• Professional Engineer license in CA or ability to obtain license after employment.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and expand services.
• Excellent client management skills and ability to maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven track record managing complex environmental projects with regulatory compliance and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reports, proposals, and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and advance EKI’s national PFAS practice across practitioners and regions.
• Identify PFAS client needs and opportunities; develop strategies and connect capabilities to client needs.
• Lead strategic pursuits, develop capture strategies, and support major proposals.
• Collaborate with technical experts to improve standards, QA/QC, and project delivery.
• Monitor regulations and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and new services.
• Enhance external visibility through client engagement, publications, and conferences.
• Provide technical and project leadership on PFAS projects, including investigation and recommendations.
