Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Sr. PFAS Process Engineer to lead PFAS treatment projects across drinking water facilities and related sites. The role blends business development, technical leadership, and project execution across multiple locations.

You will serve as a technical advisor on PFAS regulations, oversee rapid testing, design adsorption processes, and mentor engineers while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
• Professional engineering license preferred; ability to obtain within 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Identify client interests and drivers for ongoing projects and new business prospects.
• Lead business development or pursuit activities, including proposal development and client interviews.
• Serve as a technical advisor with a deep understanding of PFAS regulations and PFAS treatment design.
• Lead multiple projects and mentor junior engineers and data scientists to develop PFAS expertise.
• Ensure project delivery within established budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
