Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Associate Chemist to prepare and analyze environmental samples on PFAS prep projects. The role requires following SOPs, data evaluation, and compliance with QA programs.

It involves standing, handling organic solvents, glassware, and specialized equipment on a 2nd shift (Tue-Sat, 3pm-11:30pm) with training Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Qualified candidates have a chemistry-related degree or relevant lab experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English is required.
• BS or BA in Chemistry or related field or equivalent experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis using standard techniques.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to supervisor.
• Maintain routine instrument maintenance and training records.
