Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Associate Chemist for PFAS Analysis on the 2nd shift (Tue-Sat, 3pm-11:30pm; training Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm). You will prepare environmental samples, perform PFAS analyses by LC/MS, and ensure data quality per SOPs.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Chemistry or related field, Associate Degree, or 2 years of related laboratory experience in lieu of degree.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required, including reading, writing and speaking English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis using standard techniques.
• Evaluate and quantify data.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to the supervisor.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance.
• Assist in other areas of laboratory when needed.
