Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Associate Chemist to prepare and analyze environmental samples, with a focus on PFAS analysis and LC/MS. The role involves standard analytical techniques, data evaluation, and maintaining lab safety and quality procedures.

This 2nd shift position (Tue-Sat, 3pm–11:30pm; training M-F 7am–3:30pm) offers $18–$19/hour plus a 10% shift differential, comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Chemistry or related field, Associate Degree, or 2 years of related laboratory experience in lieu of degree.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including reading, writing and speaking in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine lab tasks to gain familiarity with methods and programs.
• Prepare samples using standard techniques and perform chemical analyses.
• Evaluate and quantify data; record and report unusual test occurrences to supervisor.
• Maintain instrument routines and training documentation current.
