CDM Smith is seeking a dynamic PFASs Forensics Discipline Leader to oversee and expand our PFAS forensics services. Qualifications

• PhD in PFASs forensics.
• 5+ years of PFASs and forensic tools experience.
• Deep understanding of PFAS chemistry, uses, manufacturing, fate and transport, and precursor transformation.
• History of commercial PFASs forensics projects and use of forensic tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PFASs forensic services design, implementation and management.
• Advance PFASs detection strategies using multiple analytical methods.
• Support technical sales, client engagement and project delivery in PFAS forensics.
• Lead R&D initiatives related to PFAS characterization and analytical method development.
• Provide oversight to AI tools used for PFAS characterization.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge transfer.
• Develop marketing materials and position CDM Smith for client opportunities.
