APTIM seeks an experienced PFAS Project Director/Manager to drive growth in PFAS remediation. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to expand opportunities with federal and private clients and lead business development and capture efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master's in a scientific/engineering field, 15+ years PM experience with 3+ years in BD, and strong PFAS knowledge. Flexible location, with focus on building market-leading PFAS capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive PM experience, incl. 3 years in BD or similar role.
• In-depth PFAS knowledge and related project experience.
• Proven client marketing and development on PFAS/Emerging Contaminants projects.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in proposal development and management (scope, budget, schedule).
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities.

• Develop and maintain client relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Translate PFAS regulatory trends into business opportunities.
• Develop business development strategies to meet client needs.
• Support captures and bids for PFAS pursuits; lead activities.
• Communicate risks to leadership and project teams.
• Track federal funding opportunities related to PFAS.
