PetSmart's PetsHotel Experience Lead provides exceptional service to pet parents and the pets in our care while upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role ensures a welcoming environment, proper healthcare, and clean facilities, alongside the PetsHotel Experience Leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience and supports associate development including training and coaching.
• Leads and directs associates when acting as the leader on duty and oversees daily tasks.
• Responsible for pet parent experience, healthcare, and facility cleanliness within the PetsHotel.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness, handles check-in/out processes, and maintains store standards.
