PetSmart's PetsHotel Experience Lead provides exceptional service to pet parents and the pets in our care while upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role ensures a welcoming and safe environment to pets, oversees the PetsHotel, opening/closing the store, and supervises associates to maintain a safe, organized environment.

Responsibilities include leading the team, managing daily tasks, guest interactions, and maintaining safety standards while supporting store

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Availability full-time with evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates on duty and delegate daily tasks.
• Ensure safe, clean PetsHotel environment and proper care.
• Oversee check-in/out processes and reservations.
• Maintain store opening/closing procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate events and promote services.
