Rural King is seeking a Department Lead to oversee assigned department operations, including inventory, merchandising, pricing, and customer engagement. You will ensure displays meet standards, manage stock, and support front-end activities to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain department displays and signing.
• Monitor inventory levels with stock counts and replenishment from stockroom/top stock.
• Oversee recovery to keep a neat, organized department and appealing shopping area.
• Coordinate price changes with teams to update pricing labels and signage.
• Implement playbooks and planogram sets per company standards to maximize sales.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safety protocols for a positive shopping environment.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and assist with inquiries and product locations.
• Support front-end transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Operate common retail equipment and handheld devices; participate in cross-training.
