The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work a 40-hour schedule with varied hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience in a department retail setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey information clearly.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels, count stock, and replenish department inventory.
• Maintain displays and adhere to merchandising standards and pricing.
• Coordinate price changes and signage with relevant teams.
• Ensure department cleanliness and safety; support front-end transactions as needed.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service using the company engagement model.
• Participate in cross-training to cover multiple departments as required.
