Rural King is seeking a Department Lead to help ensure efficient operations in your assigned department. You will oversee scanning outs, inventory management, planogram sets, and upkeep of department standards while delivering friendly, proactive service to customers.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail, strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with a 40-hour workweek and varied hours including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide and maintain displays aligned with company standards.
• Monitor inventory with regular stock counts and replenish from stockroom/top stock.
• Oversee recovery to keep the department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes with relevant teams.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets following company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols within the department.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the customer engagement model.
• Support front-end operations by processing transactions or loadouts.
• Operate handheld devices and common retail equipment.
• Cross-train for flexibility across departments.
• Engage in training programs, workshops, and webinars.
• Provide proactive internal and external support for inquiries and issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
