Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience with knowledge of specific department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey ideas clearly.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues promptly.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee department operations including inventory and planograms.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular counts, and replenish inventory.
• Manage pricing changes and maintain signage accuracy.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Support front-end operations and use general office equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and ongoing training initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to implement playbooks and improve displays.
