COMPANY SUMMARY: SPATCO Energy Solutions has been a leader in the fueling infrastructure industry since 1935. We provide equipment and services for storing, pumping, mixing, and measuring petroleum and industrial liquids. Our customers include retail fueling stations, commercial, and government fleets.

Our experienced technicians are committed to excellence, with ongoing training and certifications to advance careers in the petroleum industry. Technicians work alongside branch managers, dispatchers, and other team members, including assisting trainees in their training and certifications.

This position does not follow a typical 8-5 schedule; hours vary based on workload and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gasoline dispensing units (e.g., Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne, Gasboy, Bennett).
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic POS systems (e.g., VeriFone, Gilbarco, NCR).
• Install, program, and test new petroleum equipment.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical issues and perform repairs.
• Conduct scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance on fueling systems.
• Communicate technical issues to customers in a clear, non-technical manner.

Experience, Competencies, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid State Driver's License with a good driving record.
• At least 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining gasoline dispensing units, including hydraulics and submerged pumps.
• Valid dispenser certification(s).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions; daily local travel; lifting 50-75 lbs.
