Job summary

HOLT Group in Irving-Las Colinas seeks a Petroleum and Industrial Business Manager to lead growth, commercial execution, and customer success for our petroleum and industrial engine solutions across diesel, gas, compression, and prime power applications.

You will own business development, sales strategy, market coverage, and lifecycle management, partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Caterpillar resources to deliver compliant, value-driven power solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in petroleum, industrial engine, power generation, oil and gas, OEM, or related equipment sales with leadership.
• Proven capabilities in account management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops growth strategies for the petroleum and industrial engine segment.
• Leads the end-to-end commercial lifecycle including opportunity development and negotiations.
• Builds and maintains strategic relationships with key customers in target markets.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and alignment with Caterpillar standards.
