Qualifications

• Must have petroleum experience.
• Experience in installation and operation of Petroleum Handling Equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Strong customer relations and service.
• Professional demeanor and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages design/build, construction management, or construct-only projects from project assignment through completion.
• Serve as a liaison between Company, subcontractors, and construction teams on basic project issues.
• Review plans and prepare or review technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates.
• Maintain close relationships with clients to resolve all project questions and billing inquiries.
• Review with manager all project changes, staffing and budget considerations.
• Supervise work of project personnel to ensure professional standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Define project scope and develop plan to accomplish projects; monitor progress and report status.
• Review job cost sheets and assist with monthly billings; ensure budgets are met.
• Assist manager in securing repeat business and identifying new clients.
