Petroleum-Equipment-Construction in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead petroleum construction projects in the field. You will oversee day-to-day work on job sites, from layout and elevations through tank, shoring and piping installation, while mentoring crew members and operating equipment.

The role is hands-on with travel to project sites, starting early and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in petroleum construction, working as a field crew member or in a field leadership role.
Ability to read plans, lay out sites and establish elevations.
Experience in heavy equipment operation.
Works well with others and builds strong crew relationships.
Experience training or supervising field crews.

Responsibilities

Manage projects in the field from mobilization to completion, directing crew work to meet schedule and quality standards.
Lay out job sites and establish elevations from project drawings and specifications.
Install underground and aboveground storage tanks.
Install shoring and excavation protection systems.
Install product, vent and related piping systems.
Train and mentor new hires on installation methods, equipment use and safe work practices.
Drive company vehicles and operate construction equipment safely.
Enforce job-site safety practices and keep sites clean and organized.
Communicate progress, issues and material needs to project management.
