Job summary

OWL Services, Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking a Petroleum Construction Foreman to lead the installation of petroleum equipment and manage crews and subcontractors on site. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of heavy equipment operations, and strict adherence to safety and project specs.

The position offers full-time hours (7AM–5PM, Mon–Fri) with potential overtime and overnight travel. A minimum 5 years in petroleum construction and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with petroleum construction.
• Field Construction experience running a crew and working with sub-contractors.
• Equipment operation experience with Skid-Steer Loaders, Excavators, and Backhoes.
• Requires state specific AST/UST certifications.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction workers and sub-contractors as the crew leader while managing and working on the job.
• Installation of specialty fiberglass or flexible piping systems.
• Installation of fueling dispensers and systems.
• Installation of new sub-base aggregate, compaction with vibratory equipment.
• Forming and pouring concrete pads, islands, piers and other structures.
• Monitor and maintain schedules for workers and sub-contractors; ensure optimal skills are applied and installation requirements are followed.
