Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking an energetic Petroleum Construction Crew Leader to join our Construction Division. You will oversee installation and removal of above and below ground storage tanks, piping, dispensers, and pumping units, plus related concrete, electrical, and environmental tasks.

The role emphasizes coordinating duties, managing schedules, ensuring safety, and maintaining budgets; you will work with crew, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects on track and compliant with

Qualifications

• Petroleum industry experience preferred, but not required.
• 40‑hour OSHA training a plus.
• Installer certifications in the industry a plus.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs when necessary.
• Work outdoors in all weather and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks for smaller construction projects.
• Monitor schedules, assign skilled workers, and ensure proper installation.
• Enforce safe work and housekeeping practices daily.
• Brief crew on daily tasks and direct work on site.
• Track equipment, materials, labor, and subcontractor costs to stay on budget.
• Ensure tasks comply with codes, specs and manufacturer requirements.
• Document daily activities, materials, testing, inspections, and visitors.
• Maintain warranty documentation and positive relationships with vendors.
