Job summary

Burrow Global, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Planner / Scheduler for a 4-month field assignment in Beaumont, TX to support a new petrochemical process facility project. This role will develop, maintain, and update the master schedule using Primavera P6 and MS Project, track field progress, and coordinate with site execution, engineering, and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities include schedule development, progress tracking, critical path analysis, and reporting to project

Qualifications

5–8+ years in scheduling for industrial construction (oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, or terminals).
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project with advanced Excel reporting.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus.
TWIC certification preferred for Beaumont site access.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, baseline Primavera P6 CPM schedule for terminal facility.
Track progress via site walkthroughs and update against baselines.
Analyze critical and sub-critical paths and suggest mitigations or recovery schedules.
Align scheduling with civil, structural, piping, E&I, and tie-ins.
Support Look-Ahead schedules with site superintendents and subcontractors.
Produce weekly/monthly progress reports and milestone variance reports.
Evaluate schedule impact of MOC, RFIs, and scope changes.
