Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Development & Maintenance: Maintain and baseline the Primavera P6 CPM (Critical Path Method) schedule, including detailed construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning activities for the terminal process facility.
  • Progress Tracking & Analysis: Perform weekly site walkthroughs to audit and update physical field progress against baseline targets.
  • Critical Path & Variance Analysis: Identify potential schedule slippages, analyze critical and sub-critical paths, and recommend mitigation strategies or recovery schedules.
  • Petrochemical / Terminal Integration: Align scheduling logic with site-specific sequence requirements, including civil works, structural steel, piping fabrication/erection, heavy lift operations, electrical & instrumentation (E&I), and tie-ins.
  • Resource & Workface Management: Monitor equipment, labor histogram, and productivity metrics; support Look-Ahead schedules (1-week, 2-week, and 3-week) with site superintendents and subcontractors.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Produce weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, man-hour curves, and milestone variance reports for project leadership and client representatives.
  • Management of Change (MOC): Evaluate the schedule impact of field change orders, requests for information (RFIs), and scope modifications.
