Burrow Global LLC seeks a mid-career Capital Project Manager to oversee development and execution of capital projects in a petrochemical environment. You will direct, coordinate, and optimize engineering, procurement, and construction activities while serving as the primary liaison with client stakeholders, maintenance, operations and vendor partners.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 10+ years of PM experience in petrochem, and proficiency in CPM scheduling and project

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience in the Petrochemical industry.
• Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Proficient in CPM scheduling and project controls and possesses advanced project management expertise.
• Broad knowledge of various engineering disciplines, with particular expertise in at least one discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Assume overall project performance responsibility, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget constraints.
• Negotiate changes to project scope and deliverables with clients by established procedures.
• Make authoritative decisions and recommendations that significantly impact engineering activities.
• Foster and maintain extensive contacts with key engineers and stakeholders, adeptly navigating critical issues through persuasion and negotiation.
• Recommend and allocate personnel and financial resources to support programs aligned with organizational objectives.
