Burrow Global seeks a Level II Capital Project Manager for a 12-month assignment in Sugarland, TX. You will oversee multiple capital projects from study through turnover to operations, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence within a petrochemical setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and 5–8 years of capital project management or project engineering experience, with proficiency in MS Office and Primavera or MS Project.

• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule and execution.
• Experience with petrochemical or refinery environments.
• Collaborates with engineering and construction firms globally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-end development, design, procurement, scheduling, QA and cost control for capital projects.
• Develop Design Basis Documents and DSP presentations for management approval.
• Coordinate with procurement on contracting plans and supplier input.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and compliance with industry specs.
• Support Operations with start-up manuals and training materials.
