Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Process Control Operator for our Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Canada. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations while supporting commissioning and advanced training.

You will participate in a rigorous 3-year training program, work in a team-oriented environment, and follow safety and environmental standards. Opportunities exist to advance power engineering qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Progress towards ABSA 4th Class Power Engineering certification.
• Valid Canadian Driver's License; able to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant equipment and systems.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
• Adhere to 12-hour rotating shift schedules upon plant startup.
• Participate in an intensive 3-year training program.
• Support emergency response and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
