Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Process Control Operator for our Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Canada. You will monitor and optimize plant equipment, operate process controls, and uphold safety standards within a multi-unit petrochemical setting.

The role includes a hands-on 3-year training program, opportunities to pursue Power Engineering certifications, and a collaborative, safety-first team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and progress toward ABSA 4th Class Power Engineering.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required.
• Preferred technical diploma in chemical or power engineering technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant equipment and systems.
• Operate and adjust process controls to ensure safe operations.
• Conduct field checks, equipment maintenance, and system adjustments.
• Support plant commissioning and participate in training programs.
• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
