Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science preferred; or equivalent work experience with at least 1 year in a laboratory.
• TWIC credential required.
• Knowledge of ASTM standards is expected.
• Ability to handle chemical, petrochemical and petroleum products.
• Strong color discernment and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory analysis on bench and operate GC and related equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date safety procedures and reporting practices.
• Guide Laboratory Technicians and may perform supervisory duties.
• Ensure accurate data synthesis from multiple sources under pressure.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
