Nestlé Purina North America is seeking an Account Manager to drive joint business planning across customers in the PetCare space from Scottsdale. You will manage trade budgets, forecasts, and marketing collaborations to align with Purina brand strategies and growth targets.

The role emphasizes proactive planning, collaboration with key decision makers, and leveraging category initiatives to optimize volume, profit, and share growth while delivering high-quality customer programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with 4+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years' experience in sales, account management, e-commerce, shopper/customer marketing, business development or category development activity with a manufacturer, distributor, or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the joint business planning process with the customer.
• Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customer.
• Proactively monitor and update the customer's overall business plan, including managing trade budgets, spending, and volume to achieve all sales objectives versus plan.
• Develop accurate monthly forecasts by analyzing shipment, consumption, and inventory trends.
• Seek profitable opportunities to grow incremental volume and evaluate potential risks or threats to forecasts.
• Leverage customer marketing resources to develop and implement collaborative marketing programs.
