Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree +1 year experience working with retail/sales data or within a CP G environment OR High School diploma +4 years experience in category development, sales or marketing analytics

Responsibilities

• Develops 4P Purina portfolio recommendations to drive growth within the assigned business unit
• Provides business overview & analysis to customer teams on progress against market and Joint Business Planning (JBP) objectives
• Assess competitive market activity and provide analytics around risks/opportunities to the Purina portfolio
• Partner with Finance to deliver promotional recommendations on the Purina portfolio to maximize market impact
• Provide data and recommendations around 4P strategy for new distribution (shelf recommendation, promotion strategy, pricing) using market data
• Provide insights and analytics to support JBP development objectives and initiatives
• Attend monthly retail team meetings to provide business updates, opportunities, or promotional/product mix improvements and key quarter priorities
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and communication for retail initiatives
• Ability to utilize data for storytelling to influence and drive action
