Qualifications

• Completion of the Pet Stylist Apprentice program or grooming training.
• High-school diploma preferred, though not required.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for animals.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services (bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, gland cleaning) per client instructions and breed standards.
• Operate and maintain grooming instruments (clippers, blades, shears, brushes, dryers).
• Prioritize animal safety and well-being; monitor for discomfort, illness, or injury and report concerns.
• Interact with pet parents to provide grooming recommendations and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe grooming area and adhere to hygiene policies.
