• Successful completion of the Pet Stylist Apprentice program with Petco.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for animals.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning.
• Operate and maintain grooming instruments (clippers, blades, shears, brushes, dryers).
• Prioritize pet safety and well‑being; report concerns to owners and management.
• Train, support, and supervise trainees when needed.
