Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a professional Pet Stylist to provide expert grooming services for our customers' pets. You will bathe, dry, trim, and style, while ensuring safety and comfort for each animal.

The role offers a dynamic environment with growth opportunities within grooming leadership and mentoring tracks. You should have completed the Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent training, plus a passion for animals.

Qualifications

• Completion of Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming training.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred, though not required.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Results-driven with commitment to productivity and care for animals.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services: bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning.
• Operate and maintain grooming instruments (clippers, blades, shears, brushes, dryers).
• Prioritize safety and well-being of all pets, monitor for discomfort or illness, report concerns.
• Interact professionally with pet parents to provide guidance and address inquiries.
