Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred.
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and answering questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise and store floor.
• Handle and care for live animals including their food, bedding and habitat.
• Execute plan-o-gram merchandising, pricing changes, and stock replenishment.
• Support safety and compliance during all duties.
