The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office and communication skills. You may operate a forklift, handle physical tasks, and participate in onboarding and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading retail teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; High school diploma/GED required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and good communication skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift, lift up to 50 pounds, pass drug screening, and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team by example and deliver exceptional neighborly service.
• Analyze store sales results and develop plans to maximize sales and engagement.
