Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Team Leader to lead the store team with passion for people and pets. You will drive neighborly service, engagement, and sales, while maintaining safety and operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail leadership, a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience, and solid Microsoft Office skills. You will recruit, onboard, and mentor staff, and partner with local organizations on events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading retail teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; HS diploma/GED required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is a must; strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate all equipment, including a forklift, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team by example and foster neighborly, pet-centric service.
• Host events with local shelters and drive community engagement.
• Analyze store sales and develop plans to maximize revenue and engagement.
• Create a fun, positive environment and recruit/onboard staff.
