Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a retail team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; high school diploma/GED required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is a must.
• Ability to operate all equipment, including a forklift.
• Flexible schedules, reliable transportation, pass a drug test, and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the operational management of the stores.
• Adhering to policies and procedures for cleanliness, animal care, safety and security.
• Promoting team engagement and morale, recognizing performance, and aiding career goals.
• Maintaining a fully staffed team and supporting recruiting/onboarding.
• Providing onboarding and development opportunities with coaching and feedback.
• Connecting with community organizations for events and marketing opportunities.
