Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team by example, delivering neighborly service.
• Greet neighbors and their pets to create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Assist customers in selecting the best products for their pets.
• Support store performance through sales, engagement, and productivity.
• Analyze results and partner with leadership on improvement plans.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing a strong team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run store environment (animal care).
• Build relationships within the community and support local events.
• Help create a fun, positive culture where both pets and people feel at home.
