Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Shift Leader to support store leadership, provide excellent customer service, and engage with pets and neighbors throughout shifts. This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, policy adherence, and safe operations in a busy retail environment.

The candidate should have prior retail experience, be able to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 pounds) and operate standard equipment (including forklift). Reliable transportation and flexible availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Have reliable transportation and work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Team Leaders to provide leadership and management coverage when team leaders are offsite.
• Provide “pawsome” service to neighbors and engage with the pets that bring them to the store.
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures.
