Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus in Iron Mountain, Michigan is seeking a part-time Shift Leader who loves pets, people, and teamwork. You will partner with Store Team Leaders to provide coverage when leaders are offsite and help deliver excellent neighbor service.

You will assist with daily store operations, engage with customers and their pets, and ensure policies are followed. A successful candidate has retail experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience.
• Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate forklift to move stock and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Team Leaders to provide leadership and management coverage when team leaders are offsite.
• Providing “pawsome” service to neighbors and engagement with their pets.
